Sleeping Beauty

a one act musical for children

music by Philip Seward
libretto by Gayle Kosalko

STORY: Based on the classic fairy tale, this version takes an irreverent approach to the story of the vaccuous Princess Aurora who pricks her finger on the spinning wheel. Ultimately she is rescued to a Roamin’ Prince (that’s wanderin’ not Italian!) in a 1950’s boy band style. Musical numbers include: Malefescant Extraordinaire and the Snoring Cantata.
